The Role

You’re looking for an opportunity to contribute to our growth in a major way by creating partnerships with Canada’s top tier brands and publishers to help spread the word about Mylo and deliver value to existing Mylo users. You’re an affiliate channel expert with experience building and managing large scale advertising programs. You combine business development skills with the technical acumen and digital marketing experience to work with one of Canada’s top mobile app marketing organizations.

You’ll Generate Growth and Revenue for Mylo...

  • As a publisher: Build and manage Mylo’s cashback rewards program, called Advantage Perks, by creating affiliate partnership deals with Canada’s most popular national retailers and service providers.
  • As an affiliate advertiser: Support user acquisition efforts by building Mylo’s affiliate channel as an advertiser with top Canadian blogs, online publishers, influencers and platforms.
  • As a dealmaker: Drive Mylo’s business development efforts, creating value add partnerships with financial services providers, employer networks, industry associations and other large scale institutions that can serve as distribution channels.
  • As a marketer: Work with internal and outsourced creative resources to conceive and develop marketing campaigns and related creative assets (display ads, emails, landing pages, etc.) to support the Partnerships and Affiliate channels.

  • As an owner: You’ll report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for developing strategy, defining budgets, executing on tactical plans and reporting results to the senior management team. You’ll collaborate with the Product, Operations and Finance group to ensure that your programs deliver value for our users and the company.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant affiliate marketing experience or similar business development in the rewards & loyalty space in Canada.
