The Role

We’re looking for a curious and creative designer to develop experiences that are simple, transparent and functional to help our users achieve their financial goals. You’re looking for an opportunity to develop and launch new products for a fast-growing company that will delight millions of users.


What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of the product team, you'll join a squad of experienced product managers and UI/UX designers working on making the best possible user experience, and building the most scalable product we can imagine.

  • Partner with product managers to validate problems, define goals, prototype interactions and oversee the design process
  • Deeply understand users’ needs through research and data, and translate those insights into experiences, products and features
  • Design mobile and web interfaces that are simple, elegant and enjoyable
  • Be the guardian of your design solutions: scope, share and guide the engineering team through design assets and requirements
  • Develop and maintain design artifacts like component style guides, UI patterns, user journey maps and personas (as some examples)
  • Partner with Marketing to produce visual content for the website, marketing campaigns and other brand materials, and take part in strategic/creative discussions


  • Curious and analytical - you build your design solutions based on research, data, psychological and tech knowledge and keep your personal rule of thumb for other things
  • Creative problem-solver - you’re motivated by tackling challenging problems and finding simple, elegant solutions for users
  • Care about humans - you know you’re designing for humans, not only for pixel perfection
  • Style - you keep up to date with current trends and love to design smooth, appealing experiences for millennials
  • Fast thinker and executor - you understand that in product design things evolve quickly and don't last forever, but you don’t leave a misaligned pixel if you can help it
  • Collaborative - you like to work cross-functionally with product, engineering and growth and can balance research insights, architecture and design to get real results.


  • 2+ years of experience as a product designer
  • Experience working with Figma (preferred) or Sketch, plus InVision
  • Capacity for both visual and interactive design
  • Please include a link to your portfolio


  • Experience in start-ups and working on apps
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
  • Bilingual French/English - you switch from Français to English facilement to engage avec all stakeholders
